GSC Farm Queen Creek Water Transfer EIS

Welcome to the public website for the GSC Farm to Queen Creek Water Transfer Environmental Impact Statement (EIS). The United States Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation), Lower Colorado Basin - Interior Region 8 is the lead federal agency for the preparation of this EIS.

This EIS is being developed to assess and disclose the effects of a transfer of 2033.01 acre-feet per year (AFY) of Arizona fourth priority Colorado River water entitlement from GSC Farm, LLC (GSC Farm) located in La Paz County, Arizona to the Town of Queen Creek (Queen Creek) located in Maricopa and Pinal counties, Arizona (project).
